Since 1972, Theatre of Youth has offered theatre classes that inspire IMAGINATION, exercise CRITICAL THINKING, and build CREATIVE CONFIDENCE. Thousands of students, from the curious to the committed actor, have benefitted from our supportive environment that aims to increase the capacity of each individual student.
Through a process of theatre games, improvisation, and storytelling, our classes explore and practice the fundamental skills an actor depends on, but are transferable to everyday life. In TOY theatre classes, young people can trust themselves and others, see that it is okay to be themselves, and learn to overcome the fear of failure by taking positive risks.
More workshops will be unveiled for January and April soon. For more information, please check back to the TOY website and our social media.
